These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Keota Coffee website and your purchase of products from us (“Keota,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and able to form a binding contract to purchase from us. By ordering, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Products, pricing & availability

We do our best to describe our coffees accurately, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content are error-free. All prices are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. We may limit or discontinue any product and may correct pricing errors, cancel affected orders, and issue a refund even after an order is placed.

3. Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order for any lawful reason, including suspected fraud, errors, or product unavailability. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order; acceptance occurs when we fulfill it. Checkout and payment are processed by Shopify and its payment providers.

4. Subscriptions & recurring billing

If you enroll in a subscription (“Subscribe & Save”), you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the frequency you select, at the then-current price, until you cancel. You may pause, skip, or cancel from your account before your next order is processed. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund an order already processed.

5. Shipping & fulfillment

Orders are roasted to order and fulfilled by our third-party roasting and fulfillment partner and shipped to the address you provide. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct — we are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly provided address.

6. Returns & refunds

Returns, damaged or defective items, and refunds are governed by our Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

7. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

9. Intellectual property

The site and its content — including the Keota name, logo, text, images, and design — are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

10. Disclaimers

The site and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Keota will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Keota harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, U.S.A., without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted here, with an updated date above. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
